Are you guilty of Unethical Spending?

Spending if you can afford it or not, beyond your means or just enough, on goods/services/lifestyle/people that negatively influence your life is what i call unethical spending. Most of my friends are high fliers, that believe in giving into their inner demon that tells them that MONEY BUYS HAPPINESS ,but thankfully im not part of that crazy club.Money can buy almost anything, but shouldn’t be used as a tool of gluttony to ride on.

The reason i chose to write this post at this time is because in the last few days i have witnessed the abuse of money at the hands of one of my very good friends.I saw him take out a wad of money and finish before the night was through.Icant even tell you folks what he spent on because id be embaressed, but its ease and leisure,as if to say it wasnt wrong, that irked me.There are fools that spend carelessly on their credit cards, because its someone elses money, and there are people like my friend who would carelessly spend his own money like its going out of fashion.Since im in absolutel control of every nickel that goes out of my pocket,my friends say that im a cheapass.I know few years down the line, ill have the last laugh.

Maybe each one of you who reads this is also in control and doesn’t spend lavishly or beyond their means, but i want everyone to be informed that someday each one of you will be tempted to buy happiness, and that that time i want you to think about this and stop yourself, and that should be the only thing that makes you happy at that instant.

Ive mentioned this in a previous post, but the only people who know the true value of a single dollar or a cent is a businessman. No offence to the working class, they work very hard, and are adequatly compensated for their services in an hourly metric. On the other hand, businessmen create wealth, like illusionists, they convert 1 to 2,2 to 4..Even though im hardcore catholic, the Jews of America are my favorite people, they have a money magnet in thier soul and an awesome ability to enterprise. Is this something to do with the fact that most of them are very devout and traditional? Is there correlation between morality and money?
